When it came time to take Shelby and Neal’s engagement photos, their only request was to incorporate cows. As an animal lover myself, I was totally down for the idea! Off we went to spend the day at their friend’s farm in Williston, Florida, where I took their engagement photographs surrounded by the cutest cows and chickens - and a gorgeous last-minute sunset!
Jodi and Trevor were married on a stunning autumn day in Reading, Pennsylvania at The Gables at Stirling Guest Hotel; a historic mansion filled with iconic paintings, bold colors, a grand staircase, and a romantic Victorian aesthetic. With Jodie's lace ballroom-style wedding dress, pearl accents, and lush color palette of deep purples and plums, it was the perfect venue for their re-defined wedding day. And in their case, their wedding day was re-defined in more ways than one!
What better way to celebrate an anniversary than by having family portraits taken while creating family memories to look back on?! Thankfully, great minds think alike! This colorful, playful family portrait session was gifted to the Meda family as a surprise anniversary present.
This was my second time photographing the Collins family for their annual Christmas card. With everything going on in the world, we decided to have a simply, playful portrait shoot in the backyard of their beautiful new home in Simsbury, Connecticut... and it did NOT disappoint!
Just a few month after photographing Megan and Erik’s elopement at Talcott Mountain, we got together once again to photograph the most recent addition to their family: a beautiful black lab named Fjord! Of course, I love photographing all sorts of family sessions, but I can confidently say that my absolute favorite ones have at least one dog in them. (Extra points if you have more than one fur baby!)
