Jodi and Trevor were married on a stunning autumn day in Reading, Pennsylvania at The Gables at Stirling Guest Hotel; a historic mansion filled with iconic paintings, bold colors, a grand staircase, and a romantic Victorian aesthetic. With Jodie’s lace ballroom-style wedding dress, pearl accents, and lush color palette of deep purples and plums, it was the perfect venue for their re-defined wedding day. And in their case, their wedding day was re-defined in more ways than one!
Jodi and Trevor have a rare kind of love: deep, joyful and resilient. The kind of love that can rise above anything- including a global pandemic! Consequently, when the pandemic threatened to disrupt their wedding plans, Jodie & Trevor quickly changed plans and transformed their day into a safe, socially-distanced event, resulting in an experience that was twice as intimate as their original plan!
Their wedding day was a fusion of culture and tradition that was uniquely perfect to who they are. From the hand-painted guestbook to the cake topper Trevor etched with his 3D printer, every detail had a personal touch. They were married underneath a handmade chuppah, where they literally “tied the knot” while being hand-fasted, and their “walk” back down the aisle was one of most creative, meaningful and fun things I’ve ever seen!
Their wedding day was so full of life and love. I’m so grateful I was a part of their magical wedding day.
